Returns Policy
Custom-Cut Fabric: Due to its custom-cut nature (off the roll), fabric is non-returnable. We can only process a return or exchange if the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt.
Cushions & Accessories: These items can be returned or exchanged if they are received damaged or faulty. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
