Quick and easy to drink with a long-lasting effect through a special carbohydrate mix of dextrose, maltodextrin and especially isomaltose. Isomaltose is a naturally occurring sugar, metabolised slower being gentler on the stomach and bloody sugar levels rise slower. Providing a continuous supply of carbohydrates over a long period of time, less sweetness, and the addition of essential minerals such as sodium which is lost through sweat and magnesium to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Directions
1 sachet (50ml) every 30 minutes or as needed for longer loads over 90 minutes. For use during sports activities.
