Description
This is a refundable deposit of towards damages or failure to return the space to the condition in which it was loaned to you. This will be refunded in full, 7 days after you have removed your exhibition, on the basis that the gallery is handed back to us in the condition in which you were loaned it. If we need to carry out any work to bring it back to the same standard, your deposit will not be refunded.
The gallery will be supplied to you empty, with flat white painted walls and a polished floor. You may paint the walls, but not the floor, windows, doors or external elements. When your exhibition has finished and you vacate the premises, you must fill any holes you’ve made in the walls, paint them white if necessary, clear all rubbish, remove all hooks and hanging materials, etc.
