Directions

Prepare 1-2 servings by heating water in a cezve or ibrik, adding ground coffee and sugar (if desired), stirring well, and slowly bringing the mixture to a frothy boil. Pour a small amount into each serving cup, then return the cezve or ibrik to the heat to froth up the coffee again before pouring it into the cups. This process can be repeated two or three times for a strong, aromatic coffee.
