Lucky Boat Fine noodles are ideal for stir fries, crispy noodle dishes and soups. Fine noodles separate easily, retain their elastic texture and do not break whilst cooking, meaning there is less wastage. Free from egg, meaning fewer allergens.

Ingredients

WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin (B1)), Salt, Colours (Paprika Extract and Carotenes), Acidity Regulators (Sodium Carbonate, Potassium Carbonate, Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).

Directions

Place the noodles in boiling water. Remove from heat and leave them to soak for 2 minutes. Stir noodles and leave to soak for a further 3 minutes. Drain and refresh by running cold water.
