Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry allows you to experience the bright, juicy sweetness of strawberries all year long. Strawberries were first cultivated in Brittany in the 1750’s. Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry is perfect for use in lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails & mocktails.
Ingredients
Sugar, strawberry puree, natural strawberry flavouring with other natural flavourings, acidifying agent: citric acid, colouring agent: anthocyanins, preservative agent: potassium sorbate, thickening agent: pectin. Contains 50.1% strawberry puree.
Directions
Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
Safety Warning
Contains citric acid and potassium sorbate. May cause allergic reaction in some individuals. Keep out of reach children. Store a cool, dry place protected from light.
