Niederegger Marzipan – located in the Hanseatic City of Lubeck in Germany, the home of marzipan. Niederegger make their marzipan with 58% pure Mediterranean almonds, this is the highest quality marzipan possible, legally described in Germany as pure marzipan paste, with no additional added sugar.
